Welcome to Mothers and Moms! I’m Bree, a new mom who began my own incredible, challenging, and rewarding motherhood journey in 2023. Like you, I’ve navigated the sleepless nights, endless diaper changes, and beautiful chaos of welcoming a newborn. It quickly became clear that empowering new moms to do more than just survive – to truly thrive on their unique path – is my passion and purpose. This isn’t just my mission; it’s the heart of Mothers and Moms
I’m certainly more than just a mom! Beyond the beautiful chaos of motherhood, I bring a unique blend of experiences to the table. By day, I’m a full-time IT Project Manager in healthcare, and in my creative moments, I’m a freelance portrait photographer. When I’m not strategizing or capturing memories, you might find me exploring the culinary world as a major foodie. Being a mom is, without a doubt, the most rewarding job on the planet, but it’s just one incredible facet of who I am as a woman.

Born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, I eventually found my way back home with my husband and daughter after four years of college and eleven years on the East Coast. My passion for movement began with dance, leading me to become a group fitness instructor (teaching barre!) and later a certified personal trainer. Complementing my active side, my undergraduate degree in hospitality, combined with a deep love for cooking, wine, and food, naturally evolved into a creative outlet as a foodie on Instagram.
Now, as I navigate the beautiful complexities of motherhood, prioritize my own well-being, and raise my tiny human, I’m eager to share everything I’ve learned. My diverse experiences have uniquely equipped me to help you find balance and joy in your own journey.
